The five year vetern was discribed as a premier deputy and an exemplary officer. He was survived by three daughters. Incident Surrounding Death In the early morning hours of July 21st., 1991, Kenosha County Sheriff's Deputy Blanco Aquino was investigating a report of gunshots in the small town of Bassett. He was standing in front of his squad, which was parked on the side of the road, when it was struck by a pickup truck. The squad and truck then struck Deputy Aquino. Back
